Refunds

Effective date: 12 November 2025

Refund method and fees: When a refund is not due to our error (e.g., a duplicate payment chosen to be refunded), the refund will be for the amount received less any non-recoverable provider or bank charges. When a refund is due to our fault (e.g., activation failure or service failure), we will refund the full amount.

Digital services are non-refundable once activated.

Duplicate payments: If you accidentally pay twice for the same service period and the extra payment remains unused, you may choose a refund to the original payment method or to keep it as credit for the next period. This option is available while the payment provider still allows a refund for that transaction (card-scheme/processor rules apply). If the provider no longer permits a refund, we will apply the amount as account credit.

Failed activations: If a paid digital feature does not activate or materially fails and we cannot fix it within 3 business days of your report, we will refund the unused value.

All refunds are processed in ZAR to the original payment method.
